My Journey throughout the World of Food:
Throughout my career in the food industry I had many opportunities to experience the many faucets of food. My first job was at an orange juice company but I got canned - could not concentrate. Shortly afterwards, I was working in a deli but again anyway I sliced it - I got fired because I couldn't cut the mustard. Many years later, I became a chef - I figure it would add a little spice in my life and I had plenty of thyme.
Currently as a Cafe Manager at Las Positas College it has been a great pleasure working with the LPC Staff. I hope to continue for many more years of creativity and fun at LPC.
