Rachael Xie is a Las Positas College International student who comes from Yantai, People's Republic of China. Yantai is coastal city located in northern China near the city of Tsingtao - home of a favorite Chinese beer. Rachael has been working as a Cafe cashier for two years. She also assists with office work. She plans to transfer to UCDavis and major in viticulture and after graduation perhaps assist her Father who is in the wine business.
