For many of you Herminio Rodriquez is a familiar face. Herminio has been working as a Chef for the Cafe and our other eateries for eight years. During that time he has opened his own restaurant specializing in Italian, American and Mexican cuisines. His favorite food to make is American-Italian. He also prepares delicious soups from scratch and has won the hearts of many customers. His soups are made fresh each day with seasonal ingredients. During his free time Herminio enjoys spending time with his family.
